Terms of Service

These terms govern the coaching services provided by Vector Bioworks LLC ("Vector Bioworks", "we", "us") to you as an individual client ("you", "client"). By engaging us for coaching, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Vector Bioworks provides one-to-one health, wellness, and nutrition/fitness coaching to private individuals. Every engagement begins with a conversation, and the specific scope, schedule, and fee for your coaching are agreed individually with you rather than sold from a fixed price list. Those individually agreed terms, once confirmed with you in writing (including by email), form part of your agreement with us alongside these general terms.

2. Not medical care

Coaching is not medical care. Vector Bioworks does not diagnose or treat any medical condition, does not prescribe medication, and does not replace the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult your doctor before making changes based on coaching. If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately, not us.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you give us about your health, goals, and circumstances is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for your own decisions about diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes; our role is to guide and support, not to direct medical treatment.
You will tell us about any medical condition, medication, or physical limitation that could be relevant to the coaching we provide.

4. Fees and payment

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

6. Ending the engagement

Either you or we may end the coaching engagement at any time by giving written notice (email is sufficient). Fees already paid for sessions not yet delivered will be handled as agreed at the start of your engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Bioworks is not liable for any outcome resulting from decisions you make based on coaching, including decisions about diet, exercise, or lifestyle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Confidentiality

Information you share with us during coaching is kept confidential and used only to provide that coaching to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Changes will not apply retroactively to an engagement already agreed with you.
